      3. By registering you become a Member of Conventional Realty’s website.
    4. Users that hold a real estate license of any kind must notify and receive written permission from Conventional Realty in the form of email, facsimile, or U.S. mail before entering password protected regions of website. Conventional Realty reserves the right to deny or discontinue access by any Realtor® at any time.
  4. Member Agreement – After successful registration on this website, User is considered a Member and agrees to the following conditions:
    1. Website Access - Access to the Internet is the sole responsibility of Member, including all required fees;
    2. MLS - Home listing data is owned and provided by Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Member agrees to comply with all copyright laws regarding the data provided by MLS;
    3. Owner / Seller Privacy - Member agrees to respect the privacy of property owners and/or sellers from information gained through this website. This includes but is not limited to:
      1. Contacting the owner or seller of advertised property;
      2. Visiting property without permission and/or accompaniment by a representative in good standing from Conventional Realty;
      3. Any type of communication with owner or seller of advertised property without Conventional Realty’s prior knowledge and consent.
    4. Content Copyright – Member acknowledges and agrees to abide by all copyright laws concerning content, including restrictions, access, and data;
    5. Conflict of Interest – Member agrees that Conventional Realty will act as sole representation for the sale and/or purchase of real estate. Member warrants that no other agreement has been signed or otherwise entered with another real estate agent or agency which would prevent Conventional Realty from acting as exclusive agent for Member. This includes but is not limited to Listing Agreements and Buyer / Broker Agreements. Member agrees to notify Conventional Realty immediately in the event that another agreement is entered between Member and another broker;
    6. Exclusivity – Member understands and agrees that Conventional Realty may represent other prospective buyers with the same property criteria requirements as Member;
    7. Documents – Member gives Conventional Realty authority to prepare, request, and/or review documents necessary for real estate transaction purposes. This includes but is not limited to mortgage applications, home inspection reports, and settlement sheets.
  5. Warranties – Conventional Realty provides the services on this website “as is” and disclaims all warranties or representation, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but not limited to:
    1. The access or connection to this website;
    2. The operation of this website;
    3. The data, information, services, or products contained herein and its availability or accuracy;
    4. The reliability or quality of any third-party service provider referred by or accessed through this website;
    5. The warranty of merchantability;
    6. The warranty of fitness for a particular purpose;
    7. Any warranties of title or non-infringement.
